Whenever you get this error, you should just close or refresh the game before it saves, so you won't lose any stars c:

I got the error twice, but it only took my money once. i suppose it sucks but it was only 100,000 thats easily made up.

I'm getting the same error every time I'm going to the stars room. I hope they'll repair it soon. >.<

Same, but right around now, I've gotten her an extra two times, and she only showed me some kind of code and disappeared. Once in the Bakery, and twice int he office, one of the times in the office being when she took around 50k from me -_- Oh, well. Hope it gets fixed.

I also had that problem, I think I've lost more than 400.000 stars =__=

Just now I was going to Touya's room, she tried to take money from me again but I clicked refresh and still had everything, I tried to go to his room again but she said the same thing so I refreshed again, I then went to Shinjuku and clicked stuff but didn't actually do anywork, I returned and she /still/ wants to take money from me! Well I can say that refreshing prevents her at the current time from taking money, but I'm not sure when I can visit his room again, I'll recomment later to say whether I can get in or not.

Agh! It's been ages and I've worked, had meal times, etc but I still can't get into his room without her trying to steal money!

I didn't have this problem before today, so I'm wondering what it is that's causing it. Could it be star level? Manager level? Certain amount TP with certain NPC? Or is it just me using paypal so that I can replace the recovery ring that just expired?

^ Yen, I don't use any real money and my guess is that some others on here don't either.

Then cash/gold is out of the question. Now we just have to know whether it's TP, event, star level, etc. I get the feeling it's related to either TP or manager level. I'm racking up points in the manager level (via lessons), and am somewhat holding off with the main event/story. I assume many does the opposite, story being their main priority (thus appearances to increase star level), so they experience this glitch somewhat later into the game than I did.
