I think the time and date has got something to do with our real time, so maybe changing the date of your computer will change it.

I think that's it.

The time and date is based on

The time and date is based on CET. You can't change the timezone to your time, so you have to follow CET. There is a clock at the top of the screen which is in CET.

This has already been discussed before. The path of Kurisu, Ryoko and the guy of the pet shop aren't fully translated yet, so you can't do anything there. Just ignore them for now.
